Post 826 – My Blog’s Eight Anniversary

Today is my blog’s eight anniversary! As it has become my tradition, I would like to thank all the kind readers who have followed my stories and recipes, offered comments, the most pleasant encouragement, and even their friendship. Blogging has offered me many opportunities to broadcast my thoughts, recipes and tips, and by reading posts from fellow bloggers, I am always learning something new.  I am looking forward to another year of learning and sharing My Slice of Mexico with you all!
