Love it Irene….I know theere are those who will disagree with me, butt one of my favorite Horseradish sauces is from Arby’s. Not too strong as in the bottled kind. 😉

Heehee; one of the many advantages of growing your own/making your own sauce, is that you control exactly how hot it is going to be. I will probably post my recipe in late fall, after the harvest.
People call it either “rábano picante” or keep it in English “horseradish”. I am not sure if any store would carry it fresh, though. Mexico City has “Mercado de San Juan” , a big market that has exotic and gourmet foodstuffs, but I don’t know if they would have it there, even. If you search “dónde se consigue horseradish en México” you get a few links for bottled horseradish sauce. I hope you can find what you need, good luck!

i want to buy horseradish and i live in Mexico, but when I try they hand me a radish!
