In a previous post, I shared a recipe for a vegan/vegetarian stuffing and gravy, nurturing enough to be served as a main dish.  Skipping the turkey altogether in this post, I am sharing a great all-vegetarian menu (click on highlighted text for recipes):  

A Vegetarian Holiday Menu

Carved Radishes and Broccoli with Two Dips
Baked Cheese with Oregano
Leek and Potato Soup
Cheesy Baked Pasta
Russian Salad
Vegan Picadillo (Stuffing) and Gravy
Cranberry Sauce
Baked Sweet Potatoes
Turrón and Mazapán Shapes
Wine, Ponche

  6. What a lovely menu! It sounds like a delicious feast 🙂 I tried to pick a favorite but I like the sound of all of it! Maybe the baked cheese but then the dips and the Russian salad! Too much to chose from 🙂
